Kirt Ziesman
Managing Partner
As Founder and Managing Partner of Resolution Management Group (RMG), Kirt provides strategic leadership and vision for the company, overseeing all facets of organizational growth, operational excellence, and client and agent relations. Under his direction, RMG has built a nationwide reputation for integrity, performance, and partnership — serving lenders and agents across all 50 states.
His leadership is driven by a deep understanding of both sides of the recovery industry. Prior to founding RMG, he served as Vice President of Asset Management with a national lender, SLS, where he gained firsthand experience in lender expectations and compliance. Before that, he founded and operated Recovery Resource Group, a full-service recovery company spanning three states for over 20 years.
This combination of operational and executive experience allows Kirt to bridge the gap between clients and agents, ensuring that both operate at the highest professional standards while maintaining a culture of respect, transparency, and shared success. His focus remains on delivering results that exceed expectations while advancing the recovery industry through knowledge, accountability, and partnership.
Jason Clark
Managing Partner
Jason serves as Managing Partner of RMG, where he leads organizational growth, operational strategies, and client success initiatives. Since joining the company in early 2020, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s foundation and future; implementing scalable systems, enhancing quality of service, and fostering lasting partnerships with clients and service providers nationwide.
With two decades of progressive leadership experience in the financial services and asset recovery sector, Jason brings a proven track record of strategic development and operational excellence. Prior to joining RMG, he held executive roles with some of the industry’s largest repossession forwarding companies where he groomed exceptional teams focused on performance optimization and client engagement.
Jason’s vision for RMG centers on redefining the repossession forwarding model, ensuring that the voices of service providers in the field remain at the core of the industry’s success.
Keith Baggett
Vice President of Partner Services
With nearly 30 years in the auto recovery industry, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique skillset to the company. In his VP of Partner Services role, he’s focused on identifying new business opportunities for the company while ensuring customer relations, both internal and external, are the best in the industry.
He started as a CSR with then-Remarketing Solutions and has meticulously worked his way up the ladder to hold executive titles with some of the industry leaders in the recovery, compliance, claims, vendor relations, client services, and repossession fields. He has worked for the industry’s largest forwarders, the industry’s largest repossession company, as well as the industry’s largest compliance company.
